If we cancel any products or services you have paid for but not yet received—and you have not violated our terms and conditions—we will issue a refund.
Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any order and provide a refund if the product is out of stock.

6. Returns and Exchanges

AbuElkher offers you the right to return or exchange purchased products and receive a full refund without needing to provide a reason, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition and not opened, operated, or used in any way.
  • The item should be in its original packaging as it was when received.
  • The serial number must remain intact, legible, and unaltered.
  • All accessories, including spare parts, user manuals, and any complimentary gifts, must be included.
  • The product must not be part of any sale items or clearly marked as non-returnable.
